SUMMER TEAM TRAINING
All teams will have 14 training sessions this summer with optional 3v3 at the Lacrosse Hub. Our block style scheduling allows for optimal team training prior to each tournament. We will focus on skills, team offense/defense, EMO/EDO and team game prep.
The 3v3 sessions will be for each Rippers team to come together, have fun and play unstructured lacrosse while developing their stick skills.
All training sessions this summer will be lead by Brian Silcott with all the Rippers coaches.
