When you join the Rippers, you become part of a family committed to elevating your game, growing as an individual, and uniting as one strong team. We’re dedicated to helping you grow both on and off the field, developing as a player and as a human being, and empowering you to succeed long after the game.

Summer 2025 is a year of growth and development for the Rippers Boys. We appreciate the players that have committed to the future of the program and the vision as new owners we have.
Our goal is to have a team at every age level, but as we build there may be some combining of teams for the Summer.

Team training will look a little different this summer with three blocks of time allocated. These blocks of time will allow our new Executive Director Brian Silcott to be present at all of the training sessions and most of the tournaments.
Tournaments
Tournaments are carefully selected for each level to challenge the team, foster a competitive spirit, and ensure a fun and engaging experience for all players. All players will receive ample playing time to ensure they fully develop their skills and grow as athletes, fostering a well-rounded experience for everyone on the team.
